Medical Information

The Children and Families Act 2014 places a duty on Jotmans Hall Primary School to make arrangements to support pupils with medical conditions.  Jotmans Hall Primary School will make reasonable adjustments for those children with medical needs at different levels of school life and for the individual disabled child in practices, procedures and policies.
